Sundays

Sunday Morning worship at church is closed until further notice due to CoVid19

If you would like to join or Zoom event at 10.00 am every Sunday, please email Pete at the admin email address – you would be very welcome.

Our “live” services have re-started at 11.45am, and are also beginning to be streamed through Zoom. See Welcome page for details.

Normally, worship is every Sunday in the church. This is usually led by our minister Rev Julia Bartholomew and one of our team of worship leaders. We seek a warm, relaxed yet spirit filled atmosphere where there is often space to hear from God and from fellow Christians. We are a Bible centred community who believe that God speaks to us today through his word in as meaningful and relevant way. Above all we see the gift of new life in Jesus as the door to the most amazing journey of faith that is God’s will for each one of us.

On first and third Sundays we have activities for children and young people as part of our worship. There is also a play area for parents and pre-schoolers available at the back of church each week.

Our services usually last around an hour and are followed by tea and coffee and a chance for a chat.

Most services include a range of traditional hymns and more modern worship songs, whether led from the organ, piano or band.

Each term we following a Biblical teaching series. Recent themes have been: Gospel of Mark, ‘I a sayings of Jesus, Life of Joseph, Self-Esteem, Ephesians, Essential 100, Who is Jesus?
